Sue is a water-colourist whose work brings a sense of contemplation. It is a soft realism.
Australian Nature has been Sue's genre since around 1981 when she went to live in Mallacoota Victoria on the south-east corner of Australia, a village in Croajingolong National Park, for 12 years. During 1993-94 She lived and worked in the north-west of the continent, on an Aboriginal community in the eastern Pilbara. In 1995 she established a studio in Bunbury in the south-west of Western Australia. She has a special interest in native birds and bush orchids.

Sue is also delighted to announce that her Holy Land paintings from this exhibition can currently be seen at
St. Boniface Cathedral, Cross Street Bunbury, until 30th April. The Cathedral is open all day, every day.
